- Reporting Violations of Copyright
Please send a written notice with the following details if you think your copyrighted work has been duplicated and is available on our website in a way that violates copyright: a copyright owner’s or authorized representative’s signature, either in hard form or electronically. identification of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work. identification of the allegedly infringing content and details that are adequate to find the content on the website. Your address, phone number, and email address are among your contact details. a declaration expressing your sincere belief that the use of the content is prohibited by the law, the copyright owner, or its agent. a declaration that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and that the information in the notice is true under penalty of perjury. You can send a counter-notification with the following information if you think that your content was accidentally deleted or blocked due to misidentification: Your signature, either digital or tangible. Prior to removal, the substance being removed and its position must be identified. Under penalty of perjury, you must say that you believe in good faith that the information was deleted because of an identifying error or mistake. Your name, address, phone number, and a declaration acknowledging that the federal court in your district has jurisdiction over you. Counter-notifications should be sent to the aforementioned contact details. - Repeat Infringers: Users who repeatedly violate the law may have their accounts terminated by Amede.
